Implement diffmerge feature (#93)

* Implement DiffMerge Form with simple diffchecker * Rename DiffMergeSample to Diff Viewer * Open Diff Viewer at the center of the screen * Revert "Diff Viewer scrollbars now synced horizontally too" * Fix DiffViewer crash when start to campare with one empty file path
