Pressing Tab repeatedly doesn't keep traversing the focus

When focus reaches the last Component in the flattened component tree it is supposed to focus the RootComponent then start over from the first item.

What happens instead is that focus only traverses when the "focus next" key is pressed repeatedly until the last Component and via versa (from last to first).
