Create .pkg Hikari Toolchain Installers for macOS.
After doing ninja install-xcode-toolchain, copy ~/Library/Developer/Toolchains/Hikari.xctoolchain to files/
Then run ./build.sh, then you can find a .pkg installer under ./compiled/
