Can this tool assemble a large genome?

I just have a question.
Is this also possible for mammals with large genome sizes, such as human?
If possible, I would like to use this tool.

Unfortunately the current memory usage of HINGE makes it intractable to assemble most genomes in the Gbp range. We are working on reducing the memory footprint, and we will have a new release once we can handle mammalian genomes.
