* update readme with build instructions * add optional `build-env` to target `build-xar` to call subant tasks for creating 2 xar packages for dev and prod * leaving the variable empty (== calling the default `all` target via `ant`), the subant task will be just `xar` which is the default task for creating just one xar file without triggers
