[BUG] IndexOutOfRangeException when BrowserSelector as Standard browser

Hi Markus,

I got this error and SystemTrayMenu does not load, always terminates.

I do not have this D:\a\1… on my disk, wondering where it belongs to.
Recently I switched to BrowserSelector as Standard browser, that is causing the inconvenience. Just to let you know.

Workaround: use Standard browser

for browser selector was not working

but we could remove complete logic for GetDefaultBrowser
