Install brew on MacOS 12.1

What happened (include all command output)?

I get the following trying to install brew now.

Brew installed :)

Step-by-step reproduction instructions (by running brew commands)

Run /usr/bin/ruby -e "$(curl -fsSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Homebrew/install/master/install)" in the terminal.
