For homebrew-cask, all casks should now be created in subdirectories, even if that subdirectory doesn't yet exist.

@bevanjkay Good question! No, this class method only applies to homebrew-cask. Only homebrew-core and homebrew-cask will be sharded. |

After Homebrew/homebrew-cask#152603 is merged, for homebrew-cask, all casks should now be created in subdirectories, even if that subdirectory doesn't yet exist.
