GNU formulas: remove default-names option #35720

Provide consistent handling of GNU software that would shadow system binaries. Remove the with-default-names option, which required recompilation, and make use of libexec/gnu{bin,man} allowing users to put the “default names” in their PATH after installation.

Should we also add the g prefix to gpatch and diffutils? MacPorts does so though.

@lembacon decided not to change things for now, these can come later if we wish

@fxcoudert have these changes been merged into master, as the changes made in above commits are being reflected into the master branch? Eg, for gnu-sed, see commit 068955e. Similarly, all above commits are being reflected into master.
