bash, p7zip, zsh: fix monterey bottles

Follow-up on several stuck jobs as described in #87708 (comment). The bottles were built and uploaded but the commit failed due to merge conflict. This PR follows up with those commits.

The jobs (and bottle SHA256 sums) addressed here are:

• zsh
