Gstreamer plugins good 1.20.0 is missing souphttpsrc element.

This issue is resolved with Gstreamer 1.20.1 update.

Sample : gst-launch-1.0 playbin uri=http://radio.hbr1.com:19800/ambient.ogg command fails to play with 1.20.0 but runs successfully after updating gst-plugins-good to 1.20.1 with libsoup 3.0.5
