I ran brew install fuse4x sshfs so that I could set up an SSH Filesystem with my web server.
When I run sshfs, though, I get the following error:
$ sshfs username@hostname:/var/www ~/mount
execl: No such file or directory
fuse4x kernel extension was not loaded. Please check /var/log/{system|kernel|debug}.log for more information.
Fuse4x also pops up a little dialog box in the GUI containing the same error.
There is no information in /var/log/_____.log.
Any ideas?
EDIT: I just found that this issue has already been solved at #13647

Some formulae contain additional steps that the user must perform because we never take any actions that affect files outside of the Homebrew prefix or that require root privileges.
These steps along with other important information are disclosed in the caveats printed after installation completes. Always, always review install output before using software.
