Postgresql configure (Mavericks DP3) fails because of missing tclConfig.sh file

Fixed it for me by reverting #20766

Installing tcl-tk with brew gives me a tclConfig.sh in the Cellar, but this doesn't get magically found (duh :))

Does anyone with access to 10.9 know if this file exists anywhere on the system, or should this just be disabled?

Hit it too. Fixed by reverting #20766 too.

Just to highlight since it's easy to overlook. Run: brew install postgresql --no-tcl
