Clax.nvim - Lightning fast, Lightweight Neovim Distribution

Welcome to Clax.nvim, your ultimate Neovim distribution for a seamless and efficient editing experience. This distribution is built for speed, with a lightweight design tailored for both beginners and experts. Clax.nvim leverages the power of Packer.nvim to make plugin management easy and customizable.

This project is dedicated to my friend "Clax", in a stupid attempt to make him install Arch Linux (Lol)

Installation:

Install script

sh install.sh

Manual Installation

Clone packer.nvim and source files

mkdir ~/.config/nvim

git clone --depth 1 https://github.com/wbthomason/packer.nvim\
 ~/.local/share/nvim/site/pack/packer/start/packer.nvim

git clone --depth 1 https://github.com/spirizeon/clax.nvim.git

Install packer modules

cd clax.nvim
cp init.lua ~/.config/nvim/
nvim +PackerInstall # Just press [ENTER] at any prompts

Set the custom theme and update the config

cp clax.lua ~/.local/share/nvim/site/pack/packer/start/startup.nvim/lua/startup/themes/

Sync config

nvim +PackerSync +TSUpdate #Just press [ENTER] at any prompts

Exit and restart nvim (ENJOY!)

Uninstall

Simply run this command

rm -rf ~/.config/nvim ~/.local/share/nvim
