This change adds an HPM repository for Wesley M. Conner.
Successful testing included:

  • Using HPM's Add a Custom Repository to load the new/referenced Repository manifest.
  • The Repository correctly listed an initial first Package manifest.
  • Installing the new Package installed one Bundle which deployed one Hubitat library and one companion demo app.
  • The installation ran without errors.
  • Once instantiated, the demo app ran as expected - correctly utilizing the installed library.

- Testing with HPM 'Add a Custom Repository' suggest that the downstream Repository manifest and first Package manifest are working as expected.
- The initial Package manifest installs a bundle with one Hubitat library and a companion demonstration application.
