Make it possible to delete the local account data and also the local database content and remote app password.

[SailfishOS] implement account deletion (#60)

Adds setting menu entry to delete the account data. Opens a small wizard
to select the data to delete. Uses the app password deletion methods of
the Nextcloud OCS API to optionally also delete the remote app password.
