If a user deletes his account and decides, that his posts should stay, this deleted user's profile link in his post appears as UNAVAILABLE. This should be translated and it should be like Deleted User or such, so that other users will know, what this means.
Also the old profile stays referenced and if called it gives an HTTP error 404.
Steps to reproduce the behavior
Write a post.
Delete your user profile.
Decide to let your posts stay in the network
View your old post with another profile
Expected behavior
It should be that way, that no link to the profile appears at all after the profile is deleted, because this is a data privacy issue: After a user leaves our system his posts should not reference his old profile. Best would be, if simply the link would be gone.
