This commit updates the start script in package.json to use the 'cross-env' package to set the 'HTTPS' environment variable. This change addresses the issue where running 'npm start' resulted in a 'cross-env' command not recognized error for windows. - Updated the 'start' script in package.json - Replaced 'HTTPS=true react-scripts start' with 'cross-env HTTPS=true react-scripts --openssl-legacy-provider start' - Resolved the 'cross-env' command not recognized error for Windows
