The skin won't work well with RTL languages. There is a need to make pieces of the code for navigation, aside, and page layout more modular with an early check on content language to build the layout for better RTL functionality.

As a temporary patch, menus and their corresponding items could be prevented from flipping, to keep the responsive layouts from breaking using the /* @noflip */ prefix mentioned here:
"Secondly you may have some parts of the interface which may break when flipped and not work correctly in RTL, if you have a CSS property that is being flipped which needs to stay the same you can prefix it with /* @noflip */ to stop it from being flipped. "
