Seed your database using a migration-like system in order to seed only the application defaults added while development

Installation

You can install the package via composer:

composer require hydrat/partial-seeder

You can publish and run the migrations with:

php artisan vendor:publish --tag="partial-seeder-migrations"
php artisan migrate

You can publish the config file with:

php artisan vendor:publish --tag="partial-seeder-config"

This is the contents of the published config file:

return [
];

Optionally, you can publish the views using

php artisan vendor:publish --tag="partial-seeder-views"

Usage

$partialSeeder = new Hydrat\PartialSeeder();
echo $partialSeeder->echoPhrase('Hello, Hydrat!');
