Proposal to Integrate Hydro bounties into Gitcoin's bounty marketplace

Hi HCDP'ers,
Gitcoin is a Consensys-backed project (not a coin) that provides a bounty marketplace (web-based) platform that connects developers with open-source maintainers who fund bounties direclty connected to their repos in the form of issue-specific tasks. Integration is automatic with the @gitcoinbot once a bounty is created on gitcoin.co and bounties can be paid in Eth or any erc20 token including Hydro or DAI.
