Links inside create wallet MM full-screen do not work

Describe the bug

While going through the create wallet process there are two screens opened and mirrored- the small and large, full-screen. The links on the small modal DO work and the link in the full-screen DO NOT work.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a new wallet
2. Observe that the large and full windows open
3. Attempt all links going through the process in the full-screen
4. Observe none of the links work in the full-screen

Expected behavior

All links should work in all windows
