What to add:

Info for system administrators (e.g. fund managers or staff at an adopter organization, also possibly implementers/developers) describing the types of localization (e.g. translations to other languages, or editing in-app strings to match org-specific terminology) possible within Hypha, and directing folks to relevant process pages (like the to-be-created page for developers with process documentation)

Where should it go:
