Compare reprojections protocol: updated #787

Added new functionalities such as:

Down sampling option to improve time performance
Auto down sampling to match inputs
Allows input 2D in several formats: Averages, Particles and SetOfClasses2D
Allows input 3D in several formats: Volume, SetOfVolumes and SetOfClasses3D
Ranking option available: make an average score based on the reprojections correlation per volume
Extraction option available: from the best 3D Class extract particles and/or Volume

Added a new test case to test these new functionalities
