The XI-IATI changelog doesn't list all entries

The changelog for the XI-IATI codelist doesn't include the addition of XI-IATI-IADB.

There are 18 values on the current codelist, but 15 changelog items

Any idea how we can find the proposals and add the missing ones?

I’ve made this point loads, and I appreciate it adds a bunch of overhead… But linking up github issues / PRs to proposals on discuss / support tickets is super useful for tracing this sort of thing back to source.
