Sapling Parameters

In order to run, IBA now requires two files, sapling-output.params and sapling-spend.params (with total size ~50 MB), to be saved in a specific location.

All Users must save the params files in the proper location, before being able to run IBA v1.0.0:

  • Windows users need to manually copy both files from the https://github.com/IBACOIN/IBA/tree/master/params folder to the AppData\Roaming\IBACoinParams directory.

  • Linux/Ubuntu users need to set both files to the /home/YOUR_USERNAME/.ibacoin-params OR root/.ibacoin-params directory.

  • MacOS users need to set both files to the /Library/Application Support/IBACoinParams directory.

  • Windows Full contains all executables (incl. daemon, cli & co.) as well as the sapling parameters.
