write section 2.3 and follow by 2.4 alternatives. In the alternative section, include description of how git can act as a server but has no real website, which very few people actually do, but you may encounter on a large team - see https://git-scm.com/book/en/v2/Git-on-the-Server-Setting-Up-the-Server
