Log messages should be consistent when carrying out commands

Description

Edit code so the log message Successfully deleted package(s) is replaced with two separate log messages depending on how many packages are deleted.

I.e. Successfully deleted packages and Successfully deleted $nameOfPackage package

Also, change the log messages for deleting multiple wallets/gateways.
I.e. Change Successfully deleted wallet(s) to Successfully deleted wallets as it's clearer.
