Due to a packaging problem in fabric-shim/contract api 1.4.4 this can result in not being able to deploy to IBP if the default peer memory size of 400Mb is used. It will cause the peer to crash because the size of the build chaincode package is so large.
This issue is fixed in 1.4.5 versions of the modules.
