Enhanced the "Copy signature key file" function on the "Smart card" tab to allow both 2048-bit RSA and P521 EC signature keys, for users that have setup their crypto units with TKE CLI plugin version prior to 0.2.0.

Beginning with version 0.2.0 of the TKE CLI plug-in, the default signature key type is P521 EC.
