Description
Update BL management needs an "approximate" device granularity, which was just set to dw_min, however, for some devices this is not quite correct, as it should be approximately the update step at the symmetry point.

Now the parameter object has a
calcWeightGranularityfunction that can be overloaded by a device and the granularity is stored in the device for faster access by thePulsedBaseclasses.Original contribution by Malte.
