Condense yaml deployment files

We should remove duplicated deployment files and add all components for each service into 2-3 larger deployments.

At least for v1, if it is to be ran through as an example on it's own, it should remain split up for educational reasons.

If that's the case than I'm for keeping one of them split, but they at least need updated for newer k8s best-practices.

Replica-controller examples should use deployments since replicasets are rarely used on their own.
