oct-glaucoma-detection

This package trains a deep learning model to detect glaucoma using Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT) scans of the retina. It was used in a paper published in PLOS One:

A feature agnostic approach for glaucoma detection in OCT volumes by Maetschke, Antony, Ishikawa, Wollstein, Schuman and Garnavi (2019) [link]

It is written with Tensorflow 1, Keras, and the nuts-flow and nuts-ml library.
