Welcome to the HQ documentation. We're currently working on moving documentation from our internal wiki to this public wiki.
HQ is a quality report generator. It produces quality reports about software development and maintenance projects. It aims to measure both product quality and process quality. HQ relies on other systems for its data. Think Git, SonarQube, Jenkins, Jira, etc.
How does HQ determine what to measure? Domain objects have requirements that determine what HQ will measure.
