EPUB 3.1 adds a recommendation that EPUB Publications conform to the new EPUB Accessibility specification.[1] This specification defines discovery metadata inclusion requirements, and defines conformance requirements for content.

EPUB 3.0.1, by comparison, only had a recommendation that SVG Content Document follow the SVG accessibility note.

Feedback on the addition of this requirement is welcome here.

Please open new issues for bugs, change requests and other issues with the accessibility specification itself.
