Using a URN to encode text-to-speech data

This is a proposal to use a Universal Resource Name (URN) to describe some text that we wish some speech synthesis / text-to-speech (TTS) service to resolve.

  • ~ open-media-player ~ application/controllers/oembed.php,
  • ~ open-oembed-providers ~ lib/URN_TTS_Provider.php,
  • ~ open-media-player-core ~ src/views/oembed/_generic_iframe.php, src/views/oembed/render.php
