Criar um ambiente docker para desenvolver a base de conhecimento independente do sistema operacional disponível.

Exemplo: Atualmente o ambiente é fácil de levantar no Linux, já no Windows a instalação diferente. Colocando o ambiente dentro do docker, tanto faz o S.O. Basta levantar o container.

Detalhe: Commitar o container para o Docker Hub.

Foi adicionado um Dockerfile que funciona, mas ainda não atualiza de forma automatica o conteúdo modificado no site.

É bom o suficiente pra não ter que instalar o RVM, Ruby, etc... na sua máquina. Pois elas ficam no container.
