The detailed alert report contains detailed information concerning an issued alert. The main goal of the detailed report is to communicate the status, timeline and outcome of an alert.

The detailed alert report is to contain:

Topic Summary Issue
Alert summary Top level summary of the alert
Relevant personnel A list of the health workers and stakeholders
Map of reported events A map showing the events reported by volunteers
Table of reported events A table view of the events reported by volunteers
Timeline of alert events A timeline showing the different alert events, such as event reports and alert escalations
Field reports A list view of all narratives reported by Red Cross personnel related to the alert

Report overview mockup

  • The detailed report can be drilled down to from the operations dashboard
  • Once in the report, it should be possible to select a new alert ID to view
  • Each heading ▶ is collapsible
  • The report is exportable through PDF Export reports to PDF #86

Get from #87 in Alert
Relevant fields:

  • Reported outbreak
  • Alert status
  • Location
  • Alert first issued
  • Alert duration

Personnel

Get from #88 in Admin

Per admin/coordinator/stakeholder attributed to the alert:

  • Role
  • Name
  • Mobile phonenumber
  • Email
    The relevant personnel is defined by the geographic area the alert is issued in.

Event reports overview

Get from #24 Volunteer reports based on the event UID - alert UID from #87 in Alert. Also needs to pull volunteer information from #88 in Admin.

For an alert ID there should be a map and table displaying the different volunteer event reports in a geographical setting.

  • "KPIs" showing how many reports are confirmed, dismissed, cannot confirm and uncomfirmed.
  • Map with all events
    -- Each event is coloured based on the status
    -- Mouse over display additional information
  • Table with all events sortable per column

Timeline

A timeline that displays all the the events happening connected with the alert UID.

  • Volunteer reports: Status over time (confirmed, dismissed, cannot confirm, uncomfirmed)
  • Alerts and their outcome per escalation level: Open, confirmed, dismissed
    -- Can be reopened based on logic in Create an alert under certain conditions #43
