Task description

• 3W activities need to be removed for now following this message from Daniel on Teams: Hey Alex, Luke, Uday, mariam, we agreed with Mariam yesterday that the 3W Activity tab will be removed from the Country pages for now, as these response activities are related to emergencies rather than to countries. We don't have a flow yet, how to handle potentially multiple operations on a country page, and it is easier now to remove it. We can revise the intergration idea when the Operational reporting will be available. 3W Activities can be still checked on the emergency pages which will be also available from the country page.
