for this particular issues we would like to document alternatives like the operation approach, PR welcome. If we have not more options we would accept this PR but add it as an open issue for public comment phase (not close the issue #100) . committee discussion on 5/5/2021. |

This PR illustrates how the replaceTo behaviour could be add to the ITI-65 Provide Document Bundle. An example has been added and the profiles have been adjusted that the to be replaced DocumentReference can be added to the transaction (the status needs to be updated to superseded for MHD). That this update of the DocumentReference is been enforced a FHIR constraint has been added that check that for a replace relatesTo a superseded DocumentReference is provided. See Issue #100 for additional discussion
