Dear colleagues

I am not sure that I fully understand the intention of the CP. The attributes "urn:oasis:names:tc:xacml:1.0:subject:subject-id" and "urn:ihe:iti:ser:2016:patient-id" do not duplicate each other --- the first one denotes the person which tries to access the patient's data, and the second one denotes the patient whose data are being tried to be accessed. Of course, when the patient tries to access her own data, the both attributes will contain the same ID, but this is a special case. Please correct me if I am wrong.

Thank you and best regards
Dmytro
