Tracking of sidebar navigation improvements

  • add deeper levels
  • add dynamic open/close of sub-levels
  • make sure sidebar is not shown when printing page

The current rendering of the sidebar (and the TOC) exposes an issue with the section numbering and organization that could potentially be confusing to users.

  1. The level 2 headers for the transactions are not listed in the sidebar (3.71, 3.72, etc.)
  2. Due to their placement in the document, the MHD Profile and the ATNA Profile are listed under Volume 2b - Transactions. (May want to move Volume 1 info under Volume 1 and leave Volume 2 info under Volume 2. The way it is no, Volume 1 and 2 info appears under Volume 2.)

For 1., do you mean https://ihe.github.io/publications/ITI/TF/Volume2/index.html?
My current plan is to make it look like https://ihe.github.io/publications/ITI/TF/Volume1/index.html with callouts for

  • Introduction
  • Transactions
  • Appendices

where the transactions will be like the profiles in the Volume 1 index.

Or do you mean the White Paper and IUA?
