This release contains a few minor fixes:

• Attribute concepts are properly linked to the rest of the SNOMED CT hierarchy to ensure that there are no orphan concepts within a terminology server and that ECL works as expected.
• RF2 is generated using correct file headers, file naming and splitting text definitions to their own file.
• All RF2 files are output into a single RF2 directory to make creating an RF2 archive very simple.
