Missing plugin menu, settings menu

I am running the newest desktop version of IITC on a Macbook Pro using Firefox. The plugins I want are installed, but I cannot access any list except that at the bottom of a portal information window. How do I change maps and use other plugins? Where can I find the menus, or how do I set the progam to show them?

I used to use IITC quite a bit when I was playing actively several years ago. I've gotten back into Ingress and would love to be able to use IITC again.

So lets start from the beginning.

1. Are you using IITC-Button extension, or Tempermonkey, etc?
2. Is your issue specific to Macbook Pro? Have you succeed on any other system?
3. Describe in details what issue do you have. Attach some screenshot. What menus are missing?
