Reporting Bugs

Try these steps before reporting:

• Update the IITC and all its plugins. Then go to the intel page and reload it using SHIFT+F5 / CTRL+F5 (Windows/Linux) or Cmd+Shift+R (MacOS).
• You can also try latest beta build (with the steps above).
• The issue may be caused by some plugin. Try to disable all unrelated plugins to find out which one is the culprit.

If your issue persists, look for existing issues, and use the search function; maybe someone else has a similar problem.

If no existing issue found - open a new issue and provide all of the information below:

• Write a descriptive, specific title.
• (For desktop) Include browser, OS, userscript manager and IITC version info in the description.
• (For IITC Mobile) Include the text from Debug info in the application settings in the description. (if you don't have this item, you probably have an outdated version, below 0.37.0)
• Specify link to intel map, where you observe issues.
• Outline the steps that lead to the bug, so we can reproduce the problem.
• Describe expected behavior.
• Describe actual behavior.

IITC version and all installed plugins with their versions can be copied from About IITC window.

If asked to “copy console output”, do the following:

• For desktop:
  • open the browser’s console with F12, then reload the page with F5.
  • reproduce the bug
  • copy all information in the log
  • paste it (for example) on pastebin.com and share the link in the issue
• For IITC Mobile:
  • Go to Settings -> Advanced Settings -> Configure IITCm menu
  • Check the Debug checkbox, press Ok and return to the main IITC window
  • Then press the three dots (menu) and select Debug.
  • Send a screenshot of the console.
