This is an agglomeration of 3 related issues (#60, #357, and #359 )

The following guidelines, proceedures, and documents should be created

  • Document how to file a bug
  • Document how to get help (Discord, GitHub issue, etc.)
  • How to suggest a feature
  • A code of conduct
  • How to cite "borrowed" code
  • What licenses can we use
  • Programming style guide
  • Code review guidelines
