(bug) Patient Invoice incorrectly reports that the invoice lines are missing inventory. #989

The Patient Invoice module seems to be have some issues detecting what type of error to show to the user. It frequently shows "The record is missing an inventory item. Please put in an inventory item or remove the row." when the true error is a missing sales account. This leads to a very bizarre user experience. This text should be corrected.

This commit fixes the error text on the invoice page so that it shows
the correct global error message for missing sales account.

Fixes IMA-WorldHealth#989.
