Add a search / filter tool in for the navigation tree #4624

Since BHIMA has now a lot of modules find quickly a module is not enough easy, so we could add search or filter tool in the navigation sidebar to help finding quickly a module

I do agree with you that it is difficult for someone who has access to all modules to find their appropriate module, but the reality is that most people should only have access to a small number of modules. So, personally, I think we should look at better naming and organizing our modules before going this route. For example, I think #4146 would help a lot with this issue.

If it still feels overwhelming after we do some refactoring, we can definitely implement this. @sfount always talked about having a ctrlp for BHIMA when you could easily look stuff up.
