Claimed support for Python 3.12 is missing.

The installation fails due to dependencies that cannot be installed on Python 3.12:

This issue is blocking support for Python 3.12 in schema-automator.

We should fix this but we can also make semsimian an optional dependency

PR on semsimian to replace support for 3.7 with support for 3.12 provided: monarch-initiative/semsimian#121

matentzn added a commit to INCATools/ontology-development-kit that referenced this issue Mar 7, 2024
Since semsimian is critical for many of our workflows, I just add it here just in case INCATools/ontology-access-kit#703 (comment) becomes a reality
