The purpose of the jOGR project is to perform the recognition of handwritten SignWriting texts, transforming them into machine encoded SignWriting texts. jOGR is the Java porting of the SignWriting Optical Glyph Recognition (SW-OGR) project (originally written in C++), using the JavaCV libraries.
